Bloodhound SSC completes first public event

The successful runs of BLOODHOUND SSC at Cornwall Airport Newquay on 26 October mark a major milestone in the BLOODHOUND Project,

The main objective of the BLOODHOUND Project is to inspire the next generation to enjoy, explore and get involved in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

The Project’s Education Programme has already engaged with an estimated 2 million young people globally and has proved hugely successful in boosting the numbers of students applying to university to study engineering.

The World record 1000mph car’s rocket engine is being rebuilt in a Clean Tent CT1700, available from Moorfield’s division: Clean Environments.
