IntelliDep and the PC software supplied with our benchtop systems are supported for as long as the system they were supplied with. Your ship date is on your order paperwork. If you can’t find it, email with your SO number.

What support includes

  • Investigation of every vulnerability reported to us or found by us
  • A published security advisory for each confirmed vulnerability
  • Security updates free of charge, provided separately from feature updates wherever that’s technically possible

Security updates don’t depend on a service contract. If your service contract has lapsed, you still receive security updates for as long as your product is within its support period.

How an update reaches you depends on the software and on your site. We either send you the update to install, or our service team installs it for you. We’ll agree the method with you for each update.

Our commitments

  • Each security update stays available for at least 10 years after we release it, or for the rest of the support period if that is longer.
  • We’ll give at least 12 months’ notice before a product’s support period ends, on this page and by email to registered owners.
  • For products we place on the EU market from 11 December 2027, the support period will be at least five years, as the Cyber Resilience Act requires, unless the product is expected to be in use for less time.
