At MMU, we recently established the Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre to develop innovative technologies for harnessing the power of renewable energy. For this, we have procured a Moorfield MiniLab 060 magnetron sputtering system with load-lock, RF substrate etch and bias, pulsed DC and RF power supplies, and co-deposition capabilities. Moorfield’s advice was invaluable during system specification and design, and we have been impressed with system and software quality, together with their team’s expertise, communication and support. We would recommend them to anyone considering a PVD tool now or in the future.Dr.
