At MMU, we recently established the Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre to develop innovative technologies for harnessing the power of renewable energy. For this, we have procured a Moorfield MiniLab 060 magnetron sputtering system with load-lock, RF substrate etch and bias, pulsed DC and RF power supplies, and co-deposition capabilities. Moorfield’s advice was invaluable during system specification and design, and we have been impressed with system and software quality, together with their team’s expertise, communication and support.
